PartB Secures Place on CHIC Consultancy Framework

PartB is pleased to announce our successful appointment to the four-year CHIC Consultancy Framework.

The framework runs 2026 to 2030 and provides social landlords and other public sector organisations with a compliant and efficient route to procure a wide range of built environment and construction-related professional consultancy services - and PartB is delighted to offer fire safety consultancy.

We will support CHIC members with preventing and managing fire risk, including fire audits and risk assessments across different properties and sites, identification of areas of concern, and professional advice on appropriate fire-safety improvements. We will provide specialist consultancy on three core work streams:

• Workstream 1 - Fire safety consultant
• Workstream 2 - Fire safety assessor(FRA)
• Workstream 3 - Façade engineer
