We’re delighted to announce PartB has been appointed to the Homes England Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS) fire risk assessor’s panel. This allows us to carry out Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEWs) for applicants to the Cladding Safety Scheme.

The Cladding Safety Scheme, launched by the Department for Levelling up, Housing and Community, is a building safety programme providing funding to remediate risks to life safety in the external wall systems in unsafe medium-rise residential buildings. The scheme's funding will go to the remediation or mitigation of unsafe external wall systems, where a responsible developer cannot be identified, traced or held responsible.

PartB will be on an appointed list of firms for applicants to the Cladding Safety scheme to call upon when they want to instruct a FRAEW. We will assess fire safety risks of your building's external wall systems and prepare and produce a report that will assess and advise remediation.

We're pleased to provide this valuable service to support and assure building owners that all the necessary work is being carried out to the highest standards and competencies. We have a dedicated in-house site servicing team and highly qualified fire engineers led by seasoned technical directors and our own CEOs. They are supported by robust operational and commercial services teams who ensure processes and project timelines are maintained from concept to completion.

PartB is proud to be selected and recognised leaders in our field for fire safety, providing this crucial service at a difficult time for many building owners.
